Designed by Stephen Tong, Aula Simfonia Jakarta is acclaimed as one of the finest concert halls, renowned for its exceptional artistic quality. The venue features highly accomplished acoustics, allowing for a pure and organic sound that is clearly audible throughout the space. Careful consideration has been given to the hall's direct sound and early reflection levels, as well as its reverberation, creating an optimal auditory experience for both performers and audiences. The centrally positioned stage, constructed from pine wood, allows audiences seated at every level to enjoy a crystal-clear view of the performances. Moreover, every material utilized in the hall is sourced from Indonesia, reflecting a commitment to local craftsmanship and sustainability.

Additionally, Aula Simfonia Jakarta hosts Konser Akbar Monas, the largest outdoor classical concert at the National Monument, which has been attracting over 80,000 attendees from diverse backgrounds and age groups since its inception in 2019. This promotes a wider understanding and appreciation of classical music.
